Dr. Madeline S. Ginzburg, DMD, FAGD, has served and resides in the Riverdale area
for over 27 years. A graduate of Cornell University B.S. 1975 and University of Pennsylvania
School of Dental Medicine D.M.D. 1979, G.P.R. 1980. Dr. Ginzburg practices general, aesthetic
and implant dentistry. She is also an Assistant Attending Dentist with the Department of
Oral Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital Columbia University Medical Center (1990-present)
and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dentistry at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Ginzburg is presently the Bronx County Dental Society Treasurer, Chairman of Council of
Dental Education and Licensure NYSDA and a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry.
She is actively involved in the Riverdale community, including the Board of Trustees of
Conservative Synagogue Adath Israel of Riverdale, and a member of the Community
Advisory Board of the Prozdor School of the Jewish Theological Seminary.
She sponsers Riverdale baseball, basketball and soccer teams.
Curtis Rindfleish, DDS, has been with Comprehensive Dental Care group for several years.
Dr. Rindfleish is a dental graduate of New York University. He practices general dentistry.
He is presently affiliated with the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Shari Klein received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College of Columbia
University going on to receive her master in nutrition from Columbia University.
She later received her dental degree from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry,
and completed her training in Periodontics at Boston University School of Graduate
Dentistry. She is presently a member of the American Academy of Periodontology
and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Klein is committed to treating gum disease in a kind and compassionate manner.
Sarina A Reddy, DDS, is a graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.
She finished her endodontic residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Reddy is presently
a professor of Clinical Dentistry at the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery.
She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists as well as the Association of
Women Dentists. She is also the excutive editor of The Dental Examiner.
Rashmi Ambewakikar, DDS, received her advanced degree in pediatric dentistry at
New York University College of Dentistry. She is a member of the New York University
College of Dentistry Advanced Education Program where she is on the clinical faculty
and does research.
Pedram Javedan, DDS, received his pediatric dental degree from Montefiore Medical
Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board eligible of the American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Javedan has been a research assistant at Boston University where he
performed chemotaxis research regarding defective calcium activity in neutrophils from patients
with localized juvenile periodontitis.
Carol Cook, NS, RD, CDN, MS Cook has been a licensed Certified Dietitian and nutritionist
since 1988 with a main interest on the geriatric population. She received her degrees from Lehman
and New York University. Ms Cook is the Chief Clinical Dietitian for the San Souci Nursing
Home in Yonkers where she oversees all nutritional assessment, maintaining all state and
federal compliances and more. She is currently a Nutrition Instructor for Sunnyside Home
Care Project in Queens, Nutritional Consultant for the Hebrew Home of the Aged in Riverdale
and for Special Citizens Futures Unlimited Inc. in the Bronx. She is an active member of the
American Dietetic Association and of the Greater NY Diabetic Association.
